General Information

Sales Policies

We make every effort to ship all orders as soon as possible or in accordance with your purchase order schedule. However, shipping dates may vary depending on order size and availability of parts. Our office will advise upon receipt of order as to anticipated shipping date.

Packaging

Standard prices include products typically packaged in bulk quantities, except primer bulbs and fuel line assemblies which are supplied loose in boxes. For an additional charge, most products can also be supplied in retail packaging with Larand or private labeling.

Shipping

Prior to shipment, items are carefully inspected and packaged to assure our customers they will be received in satisfactory condition. Generally we can accommodate our customer's requests for various modes of shipment (air, ship, truck), including export, by making arrangements through our office. Shipments are F.O.B. our plant in Florida, unless otherwise quoted. Products damaged or lost in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. We will supply all reasonable assistance in the event shipments need to be traced or claims filed, but such assistance is no indication of responsibility.

Returns

Any product return must have prior return authorization. Returned parts must be insured and shipping charges must be prepaid. Non-defective products authorized for return may be subject to a re-stocking charge.
